Sweet Green…Tea!

Living Green Tips of the Day – WATER CONSERVATION:

1. Turn off the water while brushing your teeth.
2. Do not let water continue to run while washing dishes by hand.
3. Limit your time in the shower.
4. Fill a pitcher of water and keep refrigerated instead of running water for cold drinks.
5. Only run the washing machine and dishwasher when completely full.
6. Do not flush the toilet unless absolutely necessary.
7. Don’t thaw foods under running water, fill a bowl and soak.
8. Reuse water whenever possible.
9. Listen/check for leaky faucets (inside and out) and fix.
10. Insulate hot water pipes so that you don’t have to run as much water to get hot water to the faucet.
